Get your de-bobbler at the ready.
Items will have slightly more signs of use including bobbling or mild fading but no physical defects such as holes or noticeable stains. Items may have small marks that will wash off. These items are still wearable and perfect for everyday wear.
 
Items will be chosen at random in a range of mixed brands in all season styles to create a 7kg or 4kg parcel.
 
Items may include women's & men's wear only.
 
Quality Job Lot Second-Hand clothes. All items will be in what we class as Good condition pre-owned quality. This

Due to being Final Sale items, we can not accept returns for these items unless faulty.
 
Due to the nature of our items being second-hand, it is always a risk we may miss a flaw although we do our absolute best to check all items thoroughly.
 
We always suggest checking items thoroughly before resale.

Pre-orders are added to our preparation queue and dispatched as stock becomes available. Expected dispatch time: 3-30 days.

    For In-stock items our delivery timescale is 3-10 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

    If your order includes a pre-order item that takes longer, please expect your whole order to arrive along with the pre-order bundle. Exceptions may apply.

BNWT= Brand New With Tags

GRADE A = Excellent Condition.

Worn very few times if at all with minimal to no noticeable flaws, such as stains, holes, or significant wear. These items are clean, fully functional, and ready for resale, often appearing unworn, though slight imperfections due to age or minimal wear might be present. May include New without tags.

GRADE B = Good Condition.

Get your debobbler at the ready.
Plenty of life left but has signs of use. No noticeable stains or excessive signs of Wear. May be some bobbling and mild fading. There may be the odd mark that will wash out.
 

A/C = Main fabric in excellent condition, however there may be a flaw such as a small mark, loose stitch, hole or broken zip etc. May include BNWT items that have flaws

GRADE C = Noticeable wear or damage. May have heavier staining, fading or stretching. Possible flaws such as loose stitch, small hole or broken zip, missing button.
