We only deliver inside the UK at this time.

Your order day is day zero when ordering before 6pm. The following day is day zero when ordering after 6pm.

Please note, we are a small family run business and our shipping times reflect this.

England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland

We aim for your order to be with you in 3-7 working days. Using a choice of Royal Mai, In Post and Evri.

Larger parcels may be upgraded to Parcel Force at no extra Cost at our discretion.

Please note: we use biodegradable, reused, recycled and recyclable packaging where possible.

🦩Look out for our Flamingo printed bags. They are biodegradable and non-toxic!🌱

Any non-recyclable packaging or stuffing such as bubble wrap is all re-used or donated.

🌳We are paperless to help save the trees. All order information will be emailed at the time of order🌳

(In some cases delivery can be quicker than our stated time frames and in rare occasions slightly later due postal delays outside of our control.)

Due to the nature of our bundles, any returns will need to be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own cost.

Returns will be checked and weighed on receipt. Any missing items will void your return and no refund will be given.

PLEASE NOTE:

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF UNDERWEAR OR JEWELLERY FOR PIERCINGS, MESSY PLAY BUNDLES OR RAG BAG ITEMS.

WE CAN NOT OFFER THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS SOLD NEW WITH TAGS THAT HAVE HAD THEIR TAGS REMOVED.
