  • Where can I find your reviews?
    We have reviews on Trustpilot, Facebook & Google. You can find links to these reviews at the bottom of our About Us page. Feel free to leave us a review while you are there!
  • I just placed an order but now my items are showing as OUT OF STOCK.
    This simply means your order went through fine. We only stock one of each item in most cases so as soon as an order has gone through those items immediately go out of stock.
  • I just placed an order but have not received an email confirmation.
    Please check your spam folder. Quite often our emails head straight there. If you still can't find it please send us a message. We are very responsive and will answer your emails within minutes in most cases.
  • Do you post to my area?
    We post to the whole of the UK using Yodel, Hermes, DPD and Royal Mail
  • How long will my parcel take to arrive?
    This depends which shipping option you chose. Eco Plus = 3-7/14 working days Economy = 3-5 working days Standard = 2-4 working days Fast = 1-3 working days (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
  • What happens if I am not home to receive my parcel?
    We use either Hermes or Royal Mail to post your parcel. (Depending on size of parcel) Hermes will try to deliver your parcel 3 times before returning to us. If you will not be home, please contact Hermes with your tracking number to rearrange delivery of your parcel. If your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us we can either refund you for your order or you can pay for re-delivery. Royal Mail will take your parcel to your local depot for collection if no one is home to receive your parcel.
  • How do I return a parcel?
    Email us at to advise of your return. We offer a FREE 14 day return policy. Please see our Delivery and Returns Policy for full details of our returns system.
  • What if I don't get around to informing you of my return within 14 days?
    We can still accept returns upto 30 days after delivery of your parcel. However you will need to cover postage costs for this return.
  • What if I like an item but would like more information on the product?
    We have an online sales team available 7 days a week. Please contact us via our contact us form or email us at
  • Can I pre-order items that are coming soon?
    Yes. If the item is on our website under 'Pre-order' please check out as usual. Your entire order will not be posted until the pre-ordered item becomes available. If the item is not yet on our website but is on our social media sites, Inform us of your wish to purchase the item by emailing us at and we will send you an invoice via paypal. Once full payment is recieved your pre-order is complete and will be posted out to you as soon as it becomes available.
  • I left a google review but haven't received my discount code yet
    This is an invite only discount that is offered at random. We always email your code straight to your email inbox within 24hrs of receiving your review. Please check your spam folder incase it has been filtered. If in doubt please email us at along with your order number and name review was left under and we can give you your code.
  • I left a facebook review but haven't received my discount code yet.
    This is an invite only discount that is offered out at random. Please send us a message via Facebook messenger to let us know of your review. We will respond with your discount code within 24hrs of receiving your message.
  • How do I pay for my items?
    Please check out using either paypal or credit/debit card.
  • I just made an order and have seen something else i'd like to add to my order but I don't want to pay for delivery twice. What can I do?
    If you want to make a second order in quick succession and don't want to pay a second delivery fee, please contact us at to make us aware. If we have not yet paid for your delivery we can send you A one time FREE DELIVERY voucher code to check out with. Please note this may delay the delivery of your original order. Unfortunately if we have already paid for your postage of your first order we will not be able to offer FREE DELIVERY on your second order.
  • I have a discount code. How do I use it?
    Please type your code into the coupon box in your basket. This can be done before checking out. Only one code can be used per order.
  • I made two orders on seperate occassions within quick succession. I paid for postage twice. Will they be posted seperately?
    We are extremely keen on saving our planet from extra waste and therfore will pack together where possible. when we notice two orders have been made by the same person to the same address, we will fast track the second order to be sent out with the first. This not only saves waste and fuel costs from delivery, but means you will get your second order sooner than anticipated. Unfortunately we can not refund any postage costs in these instances. The extra postage goes towards the extra time it takes to fast track the second order. If you plan on making a second purchase in quick succession it is always worth contacting us first to see if we have already processed your posatge. If not, we can send you a FREE DELIVERY code for your second purchase. This means your first order may arrive later than anticipated as the delivery time scale will change from your first order to match your second order. While we do our best to catch repeat orders to save waste and delivery fuel, we regret that this is not always possible and repeat orders may still be posted out seperately.
  • Do you buy items as well as sell?

  • Can I sell my own items on your store?
    Not at this time, however this is a feature that we hope to bring out in the future
  • I want to send an email but am worried I won't get a reply soon enough for my query.
    Our usual response time is a matter of minutes. Sometimes this can take longer during busy periods. All messages are answered within 24hrs.
  • What are the symbols next to the item names for?
    These are for our office use only and are put in place to help us know when the items were uploaded to our store. This information makes it easier and quicker for us to locate and pack your items for delivery.
  • I received my order but there was no order information or return label inside my parcel
    We are paperless to save the trees. All order information including your itemised order list was in your original email when placing your order. Please do check your spam folder if you have not received this. If a return is needed, we email your return label over to you on request.
