I've pre-ordered my bundle. When will it arrive?

We aim to post all pre-orders within 3-30days of date of purchase. (We do our best to send out orders much nearer the earlier time scale where possible.)
If for any reason there is an issue with your order and it can not be fulfilled within this time frame, we will contact you on the email address given at the time of order to let you know.

You will receive an email update at the time of order and again once we are ready to post your order. Please do check your spam folder if you do not receive these.

Where can I find your reviews?

I just placed an order but now my items are showing as OUT OF STOCK.

Accepted Answer

This simply means your order went through fine. If we only have one of that bundle in stock then it may go out of stock straight after your sale.

I just placed an order but have not received an email confirmation.

Accepted Answer

Please check your spam folder. Quite often our emails head straight there.
If you still can't find it please send us a message. We are very responsive and will answer your email the same day in most cases.

Do you post to my area?

We post to the whole of the UK using Evri, In Post, DPD and Royal Mail

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

This depends which shipping option you chose. 
3-10 working days if ordering items that are in stock.
3-30 working days when ordering items for pre order.
(Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Please note these time frames are estimates only and do not account for factors outside of our control. In most cases our orders are posted out within 3 working days.

What happens if I am not home to receive my parcel?

Most delivery services will leave your parcel in a safe place if no-one is home to receive the parcel. If you have a safe space you would like to recommend, please add this in as a comment when placing your order and we will give this information to your courier.

How do I return a parcel?

We accept returns posted back to our returns address within 30days of delivery. 
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

What if I like an item but would like more information on the product?

Can I pre-order items that are coming soon?

Yes. If the item is on our website under 'Pre-order' please check out as usual. Your entire order will not be posted until the pre-ordered item becomes available.

This is an invite only discount that is offered at random.
We always email your code straight to your email inbox within 24hrs of receiving your review. Please check your spam folder incase it has been filtered. If in doubt please email us at theclearoutstore@gmail.com along with your order number and name review was left under and we can give you your code.

Please send us a message via Facebook messenger to let us know of your review. We will respond with your discount code within 24hrs of receiving your message.

How do I pay for my items?

Please check out using either paypal or credit/debit card.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

Please type your code into the coupon box in your basket. This can be done before checking out. Only one code can be used per order.

I made two orders on seperate occassions within quick succession. I paid for postage twice. Will they be posted seperately?

Accepted Answer

We are extremely keen on saving our planet from extra waste and therefore will pack together where possible. when we notice two orders have been made by the same person to the same address, we may fast track the second order to be sent out with the first. This not only saves waste and fuel costs from delivery, but means you will get your second order sooner than anticipated. Unfortunately we can not refund any postage costs in these instances. The extra postage goes towards the extra time it takes to fast track the second order and to account for the extra weight.

While we do our best to catch repeat orders to save waste and delivery fuel, we regret that this is not always possible and repeat orders may still be posted out separately.

I received my order but there was no order information or return label inside my parcel

We are paperless to save the trees. All order information including your itemised order list was in your original email when placing your order. Please do check your spam folder if you have not received this.
