We aim to post all pre-orders within 3-30days of date of purchase. (We do our best to send out orders much nearer the earlier time scale where possible.) If for any reason there is an issue with your order and it can not be fulfilled within this time frame, we will contact you on the email address given at the time of order to let you know. We post to the whole of the UK using Evri, In Post, DPD and Royal Mail

This depends which shipping option you chose. 3-10 working days if ordering items that are in stock. 3-30 working days when ordering items for pre order. (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) Please note these time frames are estimates only and do not account for factors outside of our control. In most cases our orders are posted out within 3 working days.

Most delivery services will leave your parcel in a safe place if no-one is home to receive the parcel. If you have a safe space you would like to recommend, please add this in as a comment when placing your order and we will give this information to your courier.

We accept returns posted back to our returns address within 30days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Delivery and Returns Policy for full details of our returns system.

We are extremely keen on saving our planet from extra waste and therefore will pack together where possible. when we notice two orders have been made by the same person to the same address, we may fast track the second order to be sent out with the first. This not only saves waste and fuel costs from delivery, but means you will get your second order sooner than anticipated. Unfortunately we can not refund any postage costs in these instances. The extra postage goes towards the extra time it takes to fast track the second order and to account for the extra weight. While we do our best to catch repeat orders to save waste and delivery fuel, we regret that this is not always possible and repeat orders may still be posted out separately.
